The full policy below is what applies. This summary is just to help you read it.
This Privacy Policy explains how Theomara Studios Inc. ("Theomara Studios", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you use our website, theomarastudios.com, and our mobile games, including Blank Dash (together, the "Services").
We are an independent game studio based in Ontario, Canada. We collect only what we need to run, improve and monetize our games, and we do not sell your name, email or contact details.
By using the Services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information we collect
Information collected automatically when you play
- Device and advertising identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, Android Advertising ID on Android), app instance IDs, device model, operating system version, language and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Gameplay and usage data, such as levels played, scores, session length, features used and in-game events.
- Crash and performance data, such as crash logs, error reports and app performance information.
- Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown, whether you tapped or completed them, and rewarded-ad events.
Information from platform accounts and leaderboards
If you sign in with Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, we receive your player ID, display name (gamertag) and avatar from that platform so we can show leaderboards and save progress. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
Purchase information
In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive a confirmation of the purchase (the item, price, date and a transaction ID) so we can deliver it. We never receive your full payment card details.
Information you send us
If you contact us, we collect your email address and anything you include in your message.
Website
Our website does not use advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may log basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.

- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Third-party services we use
We share information with the service providers below so the games can work, show ads and be improved. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Ad partners may use this data to show you ads that are more relevant to you, and may combine it with data they collect from other apps and websites. We may also share information if required by law, or with a buyer if our studio or a game is sold.
4. Your advertising choices
You can limit personalized ads at any time. You will still see ads, but they will be less tailored to you.
- iPhone and iPad: When the game asks for permission to track, choose "Ask App Not to Track." You can change this later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads) and delete or reset your advertising ID.
- Players in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: The game shows a consent screen before personalized ads are served. You can change your choice later from the game's settings menu.
- Players in US states with privacy laws: Showing personalized ads may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out using the device settings above or by contacting us.
Purchasing ad removal, if offered, stops most ads but does not change how analytics or crash data is collected.
5. Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK).
If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Retention, security and international transfers
Retention. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Gameplay progress stays until you delete the game or ask us to delete it. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Data held by our service providers follows their own retention schedules.
Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers. We are based in Canada, and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your information, including your gameplay progress and leaderboard entries.
- Withdraw your consent to personalized ads or other processing that relies on consent.
To make a request, email support@theomarastudios.com. To help us find your data, include the game name and, if you use them, your Game Center or Google Play Games player name. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local privacy regulator. In Canada, that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Deleting a game from your device removes data stored on that device, but does not delete data already sent to us or our service providers. Email us if you want that deleted too.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we release a new game or start using a new service. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will also let you know in the game or on our website.
